Waterproofing Tiled Exterior Walls at a Factory
A transparent silicone waterproofing treatment was applied by high-pressure spraying to address water ingress through tiled exterior walls. The treatment created a water-repellent surface while preserving the appearance of the facade.
Roof Waterproofing Renovation at a Residential Complex
The ageing bituminous roof waterproofing was refurbished using a silicone waterproofing coating system comprising one layer of reinforcing fabric and two coats. No further leakage complaints were reported over the following two rainy seasons.
