My name is Feng Xuehai, and I come from Zhuangzhai Town, Cao County, Heze, Shandong, China. I entered the construction chemicals industry in 2006. Over the past 20 years, my work has centred on developing and manufacturing high-performance silicone waterproofing coatings.
My approach to product quality began with the development and production of adhesives for furniture panels. At that time, I set demanding internal targets: our adhesives should meet E0 environmental requirements, and panels made with them should withstand four hours in boiling water at 100°C without bond failure. That emphasis on durability and environmental performance has continued to shape my work in silicone waterproofing coatings. I believe a material should be judged by how it performs under demanding conditions.
Manufacturing silicone waterproofing coatings remains our core business. We operate a focused, specialist factory and invest in formulation development and precision production. We carefully control raw material selection, formulation and manufacturing processes, with the aim of delivering consistent weather resistance and reliable performance on challenging substrates.
Alongside coating manufacturing, I established a building repair company. Our work begins with diagnosing why a building leaks and identifying an appropriate repair approach. I have personally worked on complex leak repairs in metro systems and tunnels in China, as well as water ingress problems affecting roofs, exterior walls and underground structures.
Repair work provides a valuable perspective on material performance. We deal with buildings that have already experienced years of sunlight, temperature changes and rainfall. These conditions reveal how waterproofing materials behave over time. Working on these projects has helped me understand the limitations that can emerge in demanding service environments.
This experience now informs our product development. We bring findings from repair sites back to the factory and use field feedback to refine our silicone waterproofing formulations. Our aim is to manufacture coatings that address practical water ingress problems.

We welcome technical exchanges with waterproofing companies and engineering teams worldwide, sharing experience across different climates, building types and repair conditions. By combining dependable silicone waterproofing coatings with effective repair methods, we aim to provide longer-lasting protection for buildings. For us, product value is demonstrated by data, results on site and performance over time.
